INGREDIENTES:
- 4 calabacines redondos
- 130 gr de requesón (ricotta)
- 8 cebollas pequeñitas
- un puñado de piñones
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- una cucharadita de pimentón
- albahaca
ELABORACIÓN:
Vaciar los calabacines con una cucharilla, poner en la thermomix las cebollitas y trocearlas vel.4 durante 6 segundos. Poner una cuharada de aceite y los piñones, programar 5 minutos, 100 grados, velocidad cuchara giro a la izquierda, añadir la pulpa del calabacín, la cebolla y la otra cucharada de aceite, programar todo igual durante 10 minutos.
Verter en el cestillo para eliminar el exceso de líquidos y añadir el requesón y las especias mezclar bien y rellenar los calabacines. Hornera durante 40 minutos a 200 grados.
